Vintage Cook Books

I'll be delivering new items to Cindy's Cupboard, Booth #1 in Antique NV
on Tuesday, July 10th.
Included in the delivery are these three vintage cookbooks.

Everyone needs good Crisco recipes.

Hellman's Mayonnaise recipes!

And, finally, Reynolds Wrap recipes.

Included in the Reynolds Wrap cookbook is a recipe for these lovely Hot Doggities.
Don't they look delicious? (ha!)

Score surface of frankfurters lightly, spiraling from end to end.
Insert wooden skewer in one end.
Roll frankfurters in catsup, then in cornflake crumbs.
Place Reynolds Wrap in shallow pan.
Bake frankfurters in 350° F oven for 15 minutes.

Why don't you mosey on over to Antique NV in Jenks and check out the books in Cindy's Cupboard? You might be surprised at what you will find!

Cookbooks, Cups & Saucers and Juice Glasses

Here are just a few of the items I've added to the cupboard today.

Southern Heritage cookbooks "Cakes" and "Pies and Pastry."
I understand the "Cakes" cookbook has some absolutely fantastic recipes!

Southern Living's "Holiday Cookbook"
and
Southern Heritage's "Company's Coming" cookbook.

These cups & saucers were part of my paternal grandmother's collection.
The family has no place to display the entire collection,
so we are setting some of them free for other collectors to love.
Would you like to take a set home?
I'll have a steady supply in the cupboard to choose from.

I adore these little juice glasses.
The egg cup is so cute.

These are just a few of the items I've added to the cupboard.
Come and visit Antique NV, booth # 59, to see everything!

Toy Railroad Engines, Vintage Christmas Photos, Cookbooks, American Prescut & Milk Glass

These two vintage Santa Fe toy engines are made by Tyco and Bachmann. I love the vintage black & white Christmas photos.
Have you ever seen the Colorado Cache cookbook? It's a good one! I love the graphics and the recipes in "The New Joys of Jell-O."
A few pieces of the very versatile American Prescut glassware, as well as a vintage juice glass and glass doorknob.
And a few more pieces of milk glass, which is just as versatile as American Prescut!
Why don't you plan to visit booth #59 at Antique NV soon?
